GOA TAXI & CAB SERVICES - Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations:
   • All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.
   • Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service hotline.
   • Reservations should be made in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.
2. Fares and Payment:
   • Fares are calculated based on the distance traveled and any additional services requested.
   • Payment can be made in cash or through various electronic payment methods accepted by GOA TAXI & CAB SERVICES.
   • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking fees, or other incidental expenses incurred during the journey.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
   • Cancellations made within a certain timeframe may be subject to cancellation fees.
   • Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to our refund policy.
   • In the event of a cancellation by GOA TAXI & CAB SERVICES due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
4. Responsibilities of Passengers:
   • Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pick-up and drop-off locations.
   • Passengers should treat drivers and other passengers with respect and refrain from any behavior that may cause discomfort or harm.
   • Passengers are responsible for their belongings. GOA TAXI & CAB SERVICES will not be liable for any lost or damaged items.
5. Safety and Security:
   • GOA TAXI & CAB SERVICES prioritizes the safety and security of passengers. All our drivers undergo thorough background checks and are trained to adhere to safety regulations.
   • Passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times during the journey.
   • In case of emergency, passengers should follow the instructions provided by the driver and cooperate with authorities if necessary.
6. Changes to Bookings:
   • Changes to bookings, such as alterations to pick-up or drop-off locations or changes in the time of travel, may be accommodated based on availability and with prior notice.
7. Complaints and Feedback:
   • GOA TAXI & CAB SERVICES welcomes feedback from passengers. Any complaints or suggestions for improvement can be communicated through our customer service channels.
   • We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and to the satisfaction of our customers.
8. Limitation of Liability:
